Mandala for Living our Highest Timeline

This mandala was created as a personal piece to acknowledge my growth and support further transformation. I have been reading and listening to a lot of Thich Nhat Han lately, including his book No Mud, No Lotus . One of the Buddhist principles is that there is suffering. We all experience and go through suffering at different levels throughout our life and that enables us to experience greater depths of joy, love and compassion. Just as the lotus flower needs the mud in order to bloom, I have gone through great challenges which have shaped who I am today.  The center of the mandala has the alchemical symbol of the philosopher's stone of a circle in a square in a triangle in a circle. The philosopher’s stone is a symbol of transmutation as it is said to transform base metals, like lead, into gold. Everything is Energy

Everything is energy. We are all made up of energy. Emotions, feelings, colors, chakras, our environment, music… It is all energy. With the mindset of everything being energy, visualizing and focusing on the release of the lower energy and transmuting it to a high vibration has been effective in healing. There is light and dark in each of us, as there is light and dark in all aspects of the world and universe. We all experience wounds or energy compressions as a result of interactions with others. To foster and increase the light, focus on releasing the energy around the situation. It’s often been stated that “hurt people hurt people.” Finding compassion for the person and releasing the energy frees us and allows us to ascend more gracefully.
